Welcome to Elevate Workspace (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elevate Workspace website, platform, AI tools, onboarding systems, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Services.


1. Overview of Services

Elevate Workspace is a software-as-a-service (“SaaS”) platform that provides:

AI-powered agents and workflow tools

Business automation

Onboarding and documentation support

Resource navigators

Productivity and administrative tools

These Services are designed for organizational use and must not be used to store or process protected health information (PHI).


2. Eligibility

To use Elevate Workspace, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Use the Services for lawful organizational or business purposes

Have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization


3. Accounts & Access

When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate information

Keep login credentials secure

Ensure authorized users comply with these Terms

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, violations, or non-payment.


4. Prohibited Use

Users may not use the Services to:

Upload, store, or process PHI or confidential client information

Violate applicable laws or regulations

Misrepresent data or impersonate others

Reverse engineer or attempt to modify platform code

Upload malicious code, files, or content

Use the platform in a way that could interfere with its functionality

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.


5. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Elevate Workspace content, AI agents, templates, prompts, workflows, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Elevate Workspace, LLC.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as long as your subscription is active.

You may not:

Copy or resell our AI agent templates

Claim ownership of our prompts, workflows, or systems

Use our assets outside your organization

Reproduce or distribute platform content


6. AI Limitations & Disclaimer

AI-powered responses may contain inaccuracies and should not be considered:

Clinical direction

Legal advice

Financial advice

Professional counsel

You are responsible for reviewing output before using it in your organization.

Elevate Workspace is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.


7. Subscription Plans & Billing

Elevate Workspace operates on a subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to:

Provide a valid payment method

Allow recurring charges through Stripe

Pay all applicable fees on time

Billing Terms

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.

Upgrades or downgrades may result in prorated charges.

Failed payments may lead to account suspension.

No Refunds

Because the Services include digital configurations and ongoing usage, all payments are non-refundable, unless required by law.

A separate Billing & Refund Policy may apply where applicable.


8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation:

Your access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle

Your agents, workflows, and data may be deleted after termination

No refunds will be issued for partial months

We may suspend or terminate access if:

Payments fail

You violate these Terms

You misuse the platform

You upload PHI or restricted data


9. Data Use & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and handling of information described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not store or process PHI.
You agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with HIPAA or any applicable privacy regulations within your industry.


10. Support

We provide email-based support for platform access, onboarding, and technical issues.

Support availability may vary depending on your subscription level.


11. Service Modifications

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

Examples include:

Adding or removing AI tools

Changing pricing or subscription tiers

Updating security systems

Enhancing workflows

We will provide notice when changes materially affect your subscription.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Elevate Workspace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for data loss, revenue loss, or business interruptions.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 30 days of your subscription.

You are responsible for:

Verifying information generated by AI

Ensuring compliance within your organization

Preventing unauthorized use of your account


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevate Workspace, LLC from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

Misuse of the Services

Violation of these Terms

Uploading restricted or unlawful content

Actions taken based on AI-generated output


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Elevate Workspace, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.


15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Revisions take effect upon posting.
Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
